A&F Machine Products prides itself in being able to work with chemical suppliers, boiler manufacturers, contractors, and engineers in designing chemical feed systems to fit the application. Once the parameters of the application are ironed out we can offer suggestions and options to best suit the application. We can supply detailed drawings for submittal and approval.
Most pump or chemical feed system orders are processed and shipped within two working days of receiving the order. Most parts orders are shipped the same day. There are often times when emergencies pop up and a customer requires same day shipping for a pump order. Rush orders are handled on a first come first served basis but in most cases if the order is received by noon we can rush ship the same day. Because there are so many options available on a pump, every pump is built to order, none are kept on the shelf. There is an expedite fee charged for building, painting, testing and shipping a pump or chemical feed system quicker than our normal process procedure.
Although the simple design of the Helwig Chemical Feed Pumps lends themselves well to field maintenance, we also offer maintenance and repair services here in our facility. Pumps or equipment being returned to us for refurbishing or repairs should be packaged in a way as to protect it during shipping. Ship the equipment prepaid and include a note explaining the problem or required services along with a phone number and contact should we have any questions.
If a pump problem or concern arises in the field we can often times solve it over the phone. The best way to work through a problem is to have the person actually working with the pump contact us.
WARRANTY
A&F Machine Products Company (A&F) warrants the components and workmanship of it’s products under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. All obligations and liabilities assumed under this WARRANTY are limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, FOB A&F, of defective units that are returned to us. Improper use, application, or service voids all warranties. In no event shall A&F be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this equipment.
WARRANTY on equipment and accessories furnished by A&F but not manufactured by A&F shall be limited to the WARRANTY of the respective equipment or accessory manufacturer for such units. In no event shall A&F be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this equipment or accessory.
